Taking a spin on the carousel |
We took Summer to her first County fair. She had a blast. It was the Polk County Fair and was small but plenty big to a 3 year old. Coming from the big city and seeing state fairs your whole life sure did make this fair seem like a carnival but we met some good people, enjoyed carny food, and took Summer home screaming and kicking! Here are some pictures of all the fun...

Next time she rode she was mad about having to sit next to a boy, luckily the train came off the tracks so she didn't have to ride with him after all!

It finally got dark and the fairway was lit up, Summer was so tired but still full of energy so off we went to check out some of the bigger rides that we could safely take her on.

Super Fun! |
Overall a pretty good time for such a small fair, for 20 bucks Summer got to ride as many rides as she wanted until we made her leave, which was a temper tantrum from Hades all the way home. Up next is the property we bought, the demo, and hopefully within some time a new house build, stay tuned!
